Here’s how our refund policy works: 📦 Physical Products (Boxed Games, Collectibles, Merchandise) You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. 🎮 Digital Games & Codes Due to the nature of digital content, all digital game code purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions apply only in cases of: Invalid or non-working codes Duplicate purchases Accidental purchases reported within 1 hour, and if the code has not been activated To request a digital refund, contact our support team before code activation. 💳 Refund Method Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For payments made with crypto, refunds are processed in equivalent store credit unless otherwise agreed.
